    This cool scenario I imagined was a man was walking down a street, while a car zips past him.  The man is hit and killed.  Now the driver is taken into custody and sent to court where a judge or jury shall decide if it was intentional and if he will be charged with murder.  Or an accident and the man will be charged with vehicular manslaughter.  This would affect his prison time for manslaughter maybe 15-20 minutes and murder 35-40 minutes.  Let me know what you all think!

    I always see you in the forums, always getting so angry at people for posting stuff that's already been discussed.  You dont have to be such a jerk, you can just relax bud. Like damn dude people with good ideas think alike and we are all here because we're excited for the game.  I see your one of the most active forum members and that's awesome, but dosent give you the right to get mad at the new people around here.  Let's all just have possitive attitudes about the game, that will make the time we wait for it more enjoyable.     I have an idea to Start My own Insurance Agency.  It could insure Retail stores for protection on stolen goods.  Trucking goods, to ensure deliveries arrive smoothly.  And even illegal businesses for insurance on their drugs and what not.
