Are these the real layouts of the apartments and such? I pledged $90 so I am supposed to receive a studio. If so, it is more than enough. Also, how will rent work meaning how often will the rent need to be paid and any ideas as to how much it will be in game?

I wonder if there will be houseboats. Maybe you could even live on one if times get rough.

This would be cool. But as stated, "You cannot own a tent e.g. and place it down in the world to sleep in it as the campsites are all pre-made with tents. This is because of networking issues as to why we cannot place tents down." Meh.
