I've heard from another post that there wont be any air vehicles exept if a dlc to another island is made.

By this statement, we mostly meant an airplane which would be added to the game's airport just for looks and immersion. They will never be pilot-able unless drastic changes are made to the design plans. This is a fairly hefty one though, so it's very unlikely to change.

  2. You don't get paid money by the time that you work. Rather the actions preformed in the line of work. For example: Cops won't get paid much for just wandering around and "keeping the streets safe." They'll get paid for the real things like stopping a bank robbery or catching other criminals. Some goes for mechanics and taxi drivers and so on. Random killings on the street shouldn't be common but that's not to say they'll never happen. It's part of reality and will be part of the game as well. Now, if the same player is constantly killing players you can report them to be banned from the server. But killing is still a large aspect that needs to stay in the game regardless. Smartest thing to do: Store money and carry a gun if you feel like you can use it to defend yourself. But also keep in mind that not all neighborhoods will be dangerous. Some will be and others will be entirely safe. On top of that we are implementing the stress system into the game. Allow me to explain what that is. If you're peacefully shopping, done no crimes or anything, you will have really low stress. Low stress means little damage will come to your character when being attacked. Very low damage. Now, a criminal on the other hand will take full damage because they are choosing to get involved in the more dangerous aspects of the game by choice, knowing there will be risk. The stress system is a large mechanic that will help prevent RDM.

  3. Anything beyond 45 minuets is really out of the question. Gunplay is a major part of the game, not something that we want to keep players from doing. Jail is not meant to keep trolling at bay solely. It’s to make players actually think for their actions and take precautions rather than thinking they can just kill a player and get away scot-free.

  4. We don't have a specific number on how many houses will be in the game, so we can't really promise that there will be enough houses for every player or if there will be fewer than the server count. Servers will hold somewhere between 300-500 players. Each house will be own-able by one player only (and any roommates) and they will have to pay 'rent' essentially every so long to keep the property. However, come the time you can't afford the place anymore or simply want to move out, you will then have the option to put the house back up for sale. However, houses are just one of three forms of housing for players. There will also be hotels for new players to reside in potentially free of charge (Still being debated) as well as apartments. There will be unlimited apartments of varying sizes and layouts for players to pick from that they buy once and own forever rather than paying rent.

  5. There won’t be any air vehicles in the game, period. You might see an airplane at the island’s airport, but it won’t be anything flyable. The developers really don’t want to add aircrafts as they allow players to get from Point A to Point B and skip all the social interaction along the way.

  6. Nope. Never. Pay2win is the last thing they want to do with Identity. Seeing as it has been an ugly trend in many of today’s games, they would rather make something actually fun for others aswell as themselves to play.

  7. If I recall correctly it will be some somewhat similar to Fallout 4 but not exactly. I don't believe you will be able to drag and morph specific parts as dynamically, but you will be able to change features. Be it through a selective menu or through incremental changes such as nose height and width and so on. However, these options are only going to be so limited for the sake of keeping players from giving their characters really distorted, disturbing faces. However, there will be enough freedom to make yourself look unique from the hundreds of others you might see.

  8. If you’re carrying anything in your player’s inventory (except clothes) like a vape pen or a handgun or something.  It will be lost.  But, similar to GTA Online, you will still keep your car, your home if you have one, any money deposited in the bank, etc. Really, anything on-pocket that you have on you can be lost if you’re killed.
