As I see it he is pro diminutive business and is taxing the bigger corporations so that is one way to avail the lower class.

You only get what is in the upgraded package, you do not receive lets say you go from motorist to biker, you will not get both only the one you upgraded to.

From what I remember I think private servers will be able to make there own rules and do whatever they want with the platform.

I believe we should not get stuck onto that time they have given us but I believe they would not of given us a confirmed release date unless they could manage it.
