Much appreciated and you are entirely correct.

I would also like to add, as I feel necessary, that I was willing to have a mature discussion with the leader of the Unified party and even complimented him on his recent increase in effort and work done to his campaign's thread, only to be responded to with sheer unprofessionalism, immaturity and slandering behaviour.

Perhaps that's the real outburst that Mr. Barron should be looking for. ;)

I am not "looking" for any outburst. I would probably go as far to say that I probably would have had a similar reaction as he did if I was removed from the polls, no matter the reasoning. He had voters. He should have never been removed. It's as simple as that.

However, what I would not have done, is directly called someone insane because they are role playing an animal. Privately, perhaps I would, but publicly it seems to be more of a direct attack. I will acknowledge you you did at least address the name calling in your response above. Though I may not understand it (or even agree with it), I don't see the harm in a person role playing a lion being the Governor as long as their policies are fair and can maintain order and balance in a way that everyone agrees with.

The real question I'd be asking myself in your position is, "How is a pretend lion beating me so badly in the polls?" It seems the people would rather have Simba's brother in office rather than you. Rather interesting isn't it?

Within the real world, a political party is expected to possess a Constitution and a platform in order to be accepted within a nation-state. Thus, "The Union Party" did not meet the qualifications to function as a political party at that time, until the subject had decided to apply policies to the organization.

Hamilton, on the other hand, remains qualified to run for an election despite his behaviours considering that the party had managed to at least fulfill the minimum requirements towards being registered within Identity Island.

Oh I agree with you 100%. I was just having a little fun on this dreary morning. I understand that he is qualified to run, and I have no issue with him being in the polls. :)

That behavior from him has never been seen publicly, only recently have I seen him moved outside of the more professional persona!

Perhaps the ever increasing gap in the polls is stressing him out. Maybe he should be removed from the polls and not be taken seriously with that kind of behavior! With these kinds of outbursts, what can we expect with him in office?

Cole, how many times have you swapped jobs now before resorting to a criminal organisation?

Firstly The Hamilton Party, then The Royal Family Party, then some security company and now this xD

Ah, best of luck with "this".

And best of luck with your "campaign".

HOWEVER, he is still lacking a proper list of policies and laws. He explained a lot of things very well, but he is still missing a list of policies which is a crucial part of a campaign.

I think if we are going by this standard, we should remove FrancePourLavie from the polls. LOL

It may work, but capitalism does not want to do it. He states, "The poor are our slaves and the rich are the leaders of the slaves." Capitalism is at fault for poverty, for high prices and low wages, for totally high taxes and rents. He collapses inside but he builds up and starts again and again. He exploits you and you like it. A homeless person has a quarter-year residence permit in the homeless shelter, if not even longer and a quarter of a year to seek work and earn money. If that doesn't work, we'll support it with full warranty quite simply.

This was the only response you had for me? I'm not even sure which question of mine you tried to answer here....

    Hello,

I know there were other articles about controller support, but they were in regards to in the near future. Does anyone know if there will be full/partial controller support when the town square releases? or will it be far out? Thanks!

I'm hoping there is. I struggle with mouse and keyboard games since I've played on consoles for so long. I'll be happy either way with this game, but I would like to see controller support.

It is great that you ask.

    1. We are fighting for homosexuals (gays), lesbians, LGBTQs and other sexual orientations. Their rights should be guaranteed and not be abhorred. We, Radical Democrats accept them as they are. Those who don't accept them seem to have never heard something of human rights.

    2. We are fighting against homelessness by building homes for the homeless. No one should sleep outside in the icy cold on the street. This is friendship and solidarity.

    1. Now to your question about the topic "Gun Control"
    2. We want to control this by having people's personal data. When we know where they live and how they are called, then, if they have used the weapons, we can determine whether it was an act of defense or a crime. In case of an act of defense there is a one-month withdrawal of the weapons. In case of a crime forever.

Can you briefly go into your views on small business versus large corporation? Also, a little more detail about "low tax". That could honestly mean anything. "We will reduce them if they are too high". Low tax to you might be 20% across the board whereas it could mean hovering around 10% for someone else. Will you have a sliding tax scale, or will it be a fixed rate no matter what class you are in?

Let's also discuss the "We are fighting against the homelessness by building homes for the homeless" statement you made. I'm sure you are aware that you can't just pop up homes and shelters without some source of revenue stream to back the funding for these buildings. It's been asked before, but where do you plan to acquire the revenue? It seems you previously dodged the question..

"Our financial system is clear: Low rent and taxes, but rising wages and pensions. In my opinion, no one else does that." That is quite a bold statement. There is a reason no one else does that...it doesn't work. We would all love to make tons of money and not have to pay anything to anyone, but that is a fantasy world. In the real word (and I'm assuming the Identity world) there has to be a balance that is achieved so that people can have what they want at the same time others can have what they need.

I would really like to hear your real goals and your real plans to reach those goals. You should delve into the popular topics, and discuss in a little more detail on how you plan to implement and maintain change for a healthy and balanced economy. I honestly get the sense that you are just trying to feed the public with what you think they want to hear in order to gain votes. Maybe I'm incorrect in my assumption......feel free to prove me wrong.

It would be cool if other players could be mechanics and fix/customise peoples cars for them, The “mechanic” would have to go to a spare parts shop to gets parts, for the player to become a mechanic they must have a background in engineering (a degree/diploma potentially). It would also work a bit like Car Mechanic Simulator. They go to junkyards, fix up some cars and then sell them to players (or keep them for themself). What do you think?

You could also have it where players could buy it themselves for full price, or go through a mechanic who could get the parts at a discount. Still have to pay the mechanic to install the parts though.

I don't think they will provide an Upgrade for the Town Square Module. Maybe for the final Game.

That's what I figured as well. My monitor is 1440 with G-sync so I scoop those updates up as soon as they come out lol. They make a huge difference.

Yeah, I'm hoping to create pollings every month, I'm start a polling and statistics service for Identity, will have to finish working everything out but I want to put all the political information together for the average citizen to look at.

That's not a bad idea. I'm hoping more people come to the polls. Are you planning on doing monthly comparisons and things of that nature?

I could see this happening honestly. Or at least from my view it doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to implement. Seems like a simple pre-made animation for the rain/snow/whatever weather could be played when it's raining outside.

I agree, it should be a simple addition. Now if I were to look out my window and see a tornado wreaking havoc down the street, that might add a bit more excitement!

I'm not sure if this is already a thing in Identity, but will there be such a thing as rain? Or natural disasters and such? I feel like it'll give the game an interested touch, maybe.

I was just about to post a topic about this. (I actually used the search bar, and it worked!) I kinda hope they figure the natural disaster thing out. It would be pretty neat to see tornadoes or floods enter the system. I'm a little disappointed about the lack of snow. It would have been fun to have a heavy snowfall and then to have to have city workers come out and plow the roads or repair power lines so that people could get to work. Just wishful thinking :)

These sound about right, but since it is a first module coming out it may be a bit harder as it could be the case that is isn't fully optimised, to begin with.  Hopefully it will be all good though :P

Do you think Nvidea will eventually have an update for this game?
