    The (english) Friends for Life mod really makes Mafia 2 better. It's like free ride but with tons of cool content. Check before you download it, because there could be viruses on fishy websites. By the way, I love your "Quotes" section on your signature.

    Also, they're not doing everything from scratch. They're using UE4, which is a fantastic, highly customizable base to work from with a lot of foundation work already done.

     

    You still missed the entire point of what I said - that if they release Town Square too early, people won't like it.

    The two question pages were posted years ago, and things have changed since then, ergo the delayed release. Video-game-development isn't instant, and when creating a game this massive, a small team will have a long and bumpy road creating it.

    No. There are three modules, a beta, then the final game. If you make a donation that is $30+, you will receive access to the game, the module, and the beta, plus other bonuses depending on your donation level. The first module is Town Square, which will focus on player housing and other minor interactions. The next one is the SWAT module, which will focus on combat. The next is the racing module, which will focus on driving mechanics. Then the beta, then the game. Expect the Town Square module in the next couple of months.
