How will the servers work will we need to start a new character and start from scratch when we enter different servers or will the servers remember our charactors and all the things we have and earned what's happening with this please

So I'm starting up my work life as a tramp begging for cash and doing nothing in life I need a group of tramps that haven't had a wash in weeks to join my group we will haggle rich people with homes by standing around there doors until they pay us to leave as well as shops and busineses we will become rich tramps but will we still be tramps yes because we will never loose our name.
