Surgeon Simulator Hand Gestures

It would be cool if you could go into a mode in game that was like Surgeon Simulators hand movement so that you could to any hand gestures and not be restricted to emotes.

I think that would just be adding unnecessary buttons.  Surgeon Simulator works because you only need to focus on the hand. 

Keep in mind we don't want it like Arma where there are more buttons required then that are on your keyboard.
