Allow people to start their own car dealerships/customs shops and sell pre assembled packages for cars. maybe that Ferrari has the S-1 edition modeled after an F-1 racing car it comes with custom spoiler, engine modification, exhaust, racing coilover suspension and all for only 150,000$ more! what a deal! Allow shops of certain renown to release customs set ups that they themselves put together and assemble for dealership. Everybody wants a car custom made to their specification.

 

Allows for the premade customization of vehicles ready to be bought right from the partnered dealership, special design and customization options for vehicles, special sponsored race vehicles and sponsorship for race teams. design and entry into game of new vehicles (if possible)
