Duplicate product key according to Steam. I spent 30 bucks on Identity Founder's pack, for a code that was already taken somehow?

The used code I was given literally had the word "GAEEY" in it too.  I swear, is this a coincidence?  At this point I just want a new code.  I have proof I bought TS, my account is linked and everything.
