1. Who makes drugs
2. Sells the Drugs
3. Who does different types of work depending on "The Boss"
So the way it works is that "The boss" say what the "Underbosses" do and so on.
The Underboss manage the money and hire new people.
The Caporegime distribute tasks and keeps an eye on the employees.

25% To Underboss
15% To the Caporegime
25% Distibuted to the Employees
