    You do realize that she only thinks she dead. (google cotard delusion) and she thinks she is a walking corpse, not an actual ghost. also I would stay in the forest most of my time.

    Name: Mavis (forgot their last name over time) Age: She forgot but she is rather young.

    Race/ethnicity/nationality: Biracial (black and white) Born in America

    Appearance: Medium Brown Skin, 5'10, Light Brown eyes, Extremely long dreadlocks, Big lips, and Nose.  Was Extremely Beautiful. (still is to a certain extent) Very thin from inadequate eating. Wears a Short Black Dress that has worn and torn over time. Barefoot. Smudged Makeup that's almost completely rubbed off. A small black purse.

    Personality: She suffers from a condition called Cotard delusion. This is where the person thinks they are dead. Due to her belief that she is dead, she is a very cold hearted person. She feels almost no emotion except one. Jealousy. She is jealous of anyone that is living (even though herself is actually alive. She wants people to feel what it's like to walk the earth a corpse. Even then she doesn't show it openly. No one has seen her true self and lived. She has no morality left in her. 

    Education: Most likely finished high school but doesn't remember. Its useless to her now.

    Sexuality: Aromantic Asexual (does not feel romantic or sexual attraction)

    Misc Facts: Thinks they are dead. Is only alive because they only want to taste. They don't think they need food but do it out of habit.

    Background: Mavis doesn't remember when she was born. She doesn't remember much of her childhood. She only remembers fragments of her "last night alive". She remembers a man, a car, fear. The man had used a kitchen knife to force her into a car. He tried to drown her in a river in the woods. When the man thought he killed her he left. Leaving the knife in the damp sand. When she floated to the surface she breathed air again. However, she thought something was different. She thought she was actually dead. At first, she was angry. She didn't want to die yet. She had so much more to do in life. She wanted people to feel the way she felt. She picked the knife and walked into the dark abyss of the forest. She has never seen again. Or so people thought. After a while, people moved on and in a few years, she was pretty much gone from peoples memories. If you ever see a woman in a black dress walking along a road in the middle of the night, do not stop for her. Do not even acknowledge her. If you already have... it's too late. If you confront her she will ask you one simple question, regardless of what you said to her. She will ask you "What is life after death." If you say you don't know, she will kill you with her kitchen knife. If you answer the question she will try to prove you wrong, killing you. There is no right answer. Your only chance at surviving is to run as fast as you can and to keep running. She will not stop pursuing you until you either lose her or daylight come by. She hates the day and will take shelter in the forest during the day. If you survive her attack, you must never go back to that area unless you are in a car or you know you can get away.

My goals where to one day show everyone how the world could be change by creating new forms of power and text actives home appliances. Then everything fell apart my senor year. As soon as I turned 18 my family kicked me out, and destroyed all of my creations. After many months of living off the streets and coach surfing with the few friends I have. I began to look in to buying a new apartment... and this is where the story really begans....

    Appearance: Light brown skin.Very wrinkled face and body, twisted angry face, piercing eyes that make you think you are looking into a portal to hell, 4'9, short white TWA (teeny weenie afro) blood red lipstick and blue eyeshadow.

    Race/Ethnicity/Nationality: MultiRacial (Black and white), Born in America.

    Personality: To say she is the evilest people on the planet would be an understatement. She makes Ivan the Terrible look like Mother Teresa's bitchboy. She has no regard for anyone's life and hates everyone equally. And I mean everyone. Children, Adults, Blacks, Whites, Straights, Gays, the list goes on and on. She, of course, has no friends or family and is only interested in how much misery she can cause. Whether it be stealing all of their money, trashing their car, destroying their relationships she does whatever she can and enjoys every second of it. She is truly the incarnation of Satan.

Growing up she was surrounded by hate. Her parents always fought, her father calling her mother every name in the book and her mother frequently beating the ever living fuck out of him. This, however, didn't cause her to be evil. She was like that from birth. She was always very smart but at the same time had a very abrasive attitude and had no regard for others. She hated everyone and loved no one. She grew up a very prejudiced person who opposed civil rights for anyone. (her reasoning was so that more people could suffer.) After graduating high school she got a job as a store clerk and frequently abused the customers. However, she beat the manager into not firing her. Throughout her life, she spread as much hate as she could. Then at age 72 she decided to move to the island of Identity. With the money she earned (stole) she bought a plane ticket and headed to the Island, ranting about Jewish people the whole way over. When she arrived she decided to do what she's always done. Fuck. Shit. Up

    (Also if anyone decides to play this character please don't go around saying racist, homophobic shit. I know the character is many prejudiced things but try to just stick to general hate of people. that's what I'm going to do if i play this character.)

    Nickname: La Rosa de la Muerte (The Rose of Death)

    Appearance: Medium Brown Skin, pretty, dark brown eyes, big lips, shoulder length dreadlocks, 5'8, 250 pounds.

    Race/ethnicity/nationality: Mixed Race but pretty much black/Mix of African, Taino, and Spanish/Is from Puerto Rico

    Personality: She is not a person you want on your bad side. While she can seem like a nice person, in reality, she is a cold manipulative sociopath whose moral compass is warped. While she can form relationships with people she only uses them. But do not dare try to play her. Those that have tried don't live long. She is a very talented liar and natural manipulator. It's not her fault though. It's how she was raised. Her father is the only person who she has ever loved as they are basically the same person.

    Sexuality: Straight.

    Talents: She is an outstanding liar and she never loses track of them. She also uses her weight and strength to overpower people if words don't work (or she wants them dead)

    Misc Facts: Her preferred way to kill someone is with her bare hands.

    Background: Rosa Santiago was born to Juan Santiago, a powerful drug lord, and an unknown woman in Puerto Rico. All she knows of her mother is that she was killed by her father. During her childhood, she was surrounded by criminal activity and violence. Her father, however, loved her very much and as did she. Nobody dared to disrespect her or they would end up dead in some alley. When she was just ten years old she committed her first murders. Her father took her out to learn how to shoot but instead of shooting bottles or wooden targets she shot people. They drove around and shot 12 people. 7 of them died. Her father, having strong ties with the police, never got caught.This earned her the nickname of La Rosa de la Muerte. Fast forward to age 16. Her first boyfriend. She didn't love him and merely used him as a toy. However, the feeling was mutual. When she read his texts exposing him of his plans to use her she decided to get rid of him as someone gets rid of a faulty microwave. When he walked back into the room she jumped on top of him using her weight and strength to overpower him. Then she strangled him. Her father took care of hiding the body. She then picked up a habit of killing her boyfriends when she was done with them. When she was 20 years old everything changed. See her father was having a dispute with another crime lord who he greatly underestimated. One day, masked men with machine guns barged into their house, killed Rosa's father and almost killed her too. She fled to a "friends" house. He was able to get her on a boat to the island of Identity. That night they drove to the port. As she was about to leave her friend hugged her goodbye. However, she couldn't have anyone know where she went in the case of them trying to hunt her down. While they hugged she didn't let go and held him extremely tight. She basically smothered him with her bosom and let his body fall into the sea. Arriving on the Island she tries to find work. Her main goal is to one day build her own Criminal Empire. But for now, she must figure out how to provide for herself.

    Unless you have a solid number of people that are going to protect us I'm sorry but I just don't think its a good idea. Get a solid number of recruits. Make sure they can protect us. Then maybe it could work.

    We feel that whilst all jobs are important and contribute massively to society, without the Emergency Services people might not be able to get from their own homes to work safely and crime would be incredibly high making some jobs such as storekeepers useless if people knew they could simply rob with no one to stop them.     Every religious establishment is welcome to their own beliefs and views and do not need to marry LGBTQ+ members if they do not wish to due to their faith. However, there are many Christian churches within the world which allow equal marriage as the world is constantly changing, including religious beliefs.

    As stated above, every religious establishment is welcome to their own beliefs and views but there will definitely be designated places where LGBTQIA+ people will be able to get married should they wish to do so.

    Our Anti-Gun policy will be set to ensure the safety and security of all of our citizens. While many may argue that they would feel safer with a gun, many accidents happen from citizen-held guns all of the time so that's why we decided to restrict them.

    As currently within the United States, individuals can apply for licences (various licences for different types of guns), however, these will only be given out to selected individuals who will only be using these firearms for hunting and defending crops/livestock and, of course, for Law Enforcement Officers.

     

    Ok, so the thing about only allowing guns for certain individuals actually makes things worse. The reason why is what many forget to realize. Criminals are going to find a way to find guns no matter what you try to do. That means criminals will still have guns and law abiding citizens won't. Citizens won't be able to defend themselves. You are basically taking firearms out of law abiding citizens who want to protect themselves and putting them into criminals.

    Appearance: Light brown skin, Shoulder Length hair that is usually flat ironed, 5'5, thin body type, Monolids, thick lips. never wears makeup.

    Personality: Akiko is a naturally adventurous person. She is quite outgoing and has an energy that few can match. While she can be quite rebellious to rules she isn't a criminal and would much rather stage a protest rather than fight. She's the kind of person that anyone can get along with and can pump anyone up just by speaking.She's the kind of person to look at the bright side of things and is rarely pessimistic.

Growing up was quite easy for her. Her dad was a lawyer and her mom was a neurosurgeon so money was never a problem. Many thought she was going to turn out like them but she didn't want that. She wanted to travel the world. She wanted to experience new things. At age 18 right after she graduated she left to see the world. Her parent's set her up on a tour of the world. This trip lasted two years. When she came back she was happy to be home but she wanted more. She decided to move away. This time she didn't ask for financial help from her parents. She bought a plane ticket and headed for Identity Island. Its there that she will find the adventure she was looking for.
