That's the plan! Or at least, the one I currently have in mind. Seems a little different than being a cop, and it's what I'm learning about IRL. Also it'd be fun to perhaps work with detectives and other law enforcement.

Ah. Well keep in touch! I might need you later on.

And by the way, it looks like your job is already halfway done. Everyone is publicly announcing their involvement in the mafia all over the forums.

Who knows, it's too soon to say, but what is for absolute certain is that there is a kickable football, and that means business. We could have a 1-v-1 in the corridor or 2-v-2 in the living room if need be.

It actually looks like there might be a couple places to play

How will court cases / trials be handled in this game? I read that there will be a player jury which is really neat, but will the other roles be filled by players as well? (Prosecutor, Defense Attorney, Judge, Bailiff, etc.)

    Yes

Also will there be civil lawyers for coporations, citizens, etc, aside from just criminal laws? Basically can you sue a company or person?

If there's going to be a court system, I don't see why not. :)

I was under the impression they were going to let us upload or record MIDI files (or something similar) to do the actual playing. I think they are aware no one can play an actual song with a mouse.

I don't know where you got that from but they said it will be a mouse and keyboard. It's not impossible but it'd take practice like any actual instrument.

  5. Using the mouse pointer and keyboard to play an instrument is going to be a challenge.  A way that I feel could simplify playing would to be able to assign more than one note to a key on your keyboard. Of course this would only apply to pianos and guitars, but you'd be able to create your own chords and play much more complicated songs.

As a piano player myself, I'd be faaar less constrained and it would make the impossible possible using only a keyboard and mouse.
