It depends on the server. On official servers there are no age limits or surveys from what I heard but past crimes and actions will be held accountable for. On private servers it is up to the owner on what happens, he came make it exactly like Altis and have a age limit for all the devs care but it will still have to be somewhat similar to the original intended gameplay.

    Hope this helped!

    How do you know?

@Lavics79 I like the style you mention police work is not something that could be considered easy. Its more about the ability of the officer to defuse situations and make connections to people they encounter.

It just gets somewhat easier if you previously made some sort of connection with the person. From there, you know where they are coming from.

Today's policing is very different. But I have my personal opinion on that lol

Hello O'le chap and Welcome to the identity community!

What do you look forward to most about Identity?

What are your goals in Identity?

Please read the 2 FAQ's which are linked in my signature.

Please feel free to use the resources on this forum/ website to gather information on the game.

If you have not found something within the resources, please don't hesitate to ask as everyone here is happy to help!

    Cheerio!

I look forward in meeting new people. Of course every shape or form is good lol. I really like simulation games, and from seeing all the hard work that is being put into this game, I'm sure I wont be disappointed.

My goals are probably unique. Although the law enforcement aspect does intrigue me, I've been wanting to see if I can make a difference in someone's experience in this game.

I sure will use all resources available here and I wont be shy In asking.

    Thank you for the welcome!

That's exactly what I'm trying to get away from, the GTA mindset. I'm looking forward to role players who will take it seriously, not simply beat up everyone they come across, or plow through people and property doing vehicle stunts. It seems to me that things in this game will take time and effort to obtain, and hopefully have real impacting consequences for criminal behavior.

Exactly... I've been told I have an old fashion type of mentality about policing. You know. The one where walking the beat and actually building bridges with the community. Being there for them anyway you can.

Its certainly something I'd like to bring to the table in this virtual world.

yeah it would also be cool if you were driving and then someone tries to rob you, but you have a semi truck so just ram into them. >:)

Why do I always see the "crazy" ideas lol.

Shouldn't they just stick to GTA?

  6. My names Eric. Currently in the process in becoming a Police Officer here in Canada. I've also been a civilian guard for detachments here. So I somewhat have a general knowledge in policing. I wouldn't mind assisting.

To that note, I'd be looking for people that want to play the game, and not just be looking for a grand theft auto mindset to it.

  7. My name's Eric. I've been interested in games ever since the 1st gen Nintendo. Games are a great hobby / past time for me. Challenges are always good.

Im turning 38 years old in March, did exams to be a police officer although I can say I'm still in the process. Not sure if I'll be applying as an Officer in game, depending how it turns out, but I'll surely be looking into it.

I'm really looking forward to having the experience in Identity, although not sure why so many people look forward to "criminal activity" more than perusing to better yourself into this game lol.

I"ll be looking forward in meeting many of you!

BTW...just started with the $60 starter pack... Cant wait!

    Thank you!

    Eric.
