You have to call an tow truck and go to a nearby mechanic and if the cars is repairable, car mechanic simulator. If the car is unsavable, you must get a new one. Car insurance should be a thing.

I have an idea. If you have a brother IRL you want to be related to ingame. in character creation send a request and if your sibling accepts he will stand on a list over relatives. Maybe some buffs? Family get the stress down.
