    There is a Discord server that the community uses -- I will warn though that it's an unofficial Discord so there's not a bunch of equal power and regulation in it. More of just a "chat box" for their website (but not in the website :P)

    Never know, it could be 1-3 months. I wouldn't get your hopes up -- I'm trying not to. They estimated the release originally around the end of March/beginning of April, but it was delayed due to PAX and another event I can't think of at this moment. Hopefully, it is earlier than months tho ;)

    I'm not sure if you're aware, but they're releasing it in modules and will be updating it continuously until the next one will be released. Some people are saying that it will most likely be released in the coming weeks -- one of the most active and knowledgeable members of the forums is estimating Easter weekend -- which I hope he's right about because I'm excited!

    Same! Hopefully, people are right about it being released around Easter weekend. Doubt it tho.

I work as a personal assistant (I help people with disabilities), got a lot of strange work hours, so the hours I'm online and active may vary a bit! I finished school last summer, I used to study Helicopter Technology, ended up working with disabled people, that took quite a turn, eh? Well, I'm happy with what I do! I got my own place, I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment, It's enough for me to get by, I don't need a lot more room for my activities!

    I'm a very happy, optimistic and chatty person. I have it easy to get along with most people! So I believe I'll get to know most of you quite fast!

    What do you plan to do in Identity? Do you have a character story yet? Any goals you wish to accomplish when the first module releases? I'm very interested, possibly we could have some role to play in each others lives in Identity -- as you know I've already had contact with you and you seem like a very mature and positive person :)

    So here's a further suggestion on how to perhaps get rid of that idea of building randomly appearing and getting bigger. Perhaps there should be a construction site around that building that is being constructed to a higher level. And if you're going to get a big skyscraper-like building, you should be near the city area, perhaps? 

    It's not too complicated to figure out, just takes some discussion and some time to solve these minor complications.

    That's a good addition to the question, having construction sites where possibly construction workers could come in and have to renovate and build it. The company would be down for a specific amount of time. It would add much diversity to the game. 

    Help is always given to those who deserve it :)

    It's a highly possible thing, but I doubt it will be implemented on the first module's release. I also think it might be weird to just see buildings just sprout up randomly. However, it would be a very nice progression system, as well as it would make each map on each server very different from the last -- as you slowly grow, so does the town. It's a very nice concept and I hope to potentially see something done with this.

    No flame, but they actually recently released a newsletter on March 28th, also it's only April 10th... which is 1/3 of a month. So it's not "coming to the end of the month". Just clearing things up.

    A question I'm currently conflicted with, is what will you start with? When you first load up the game, what will you start with? Will you be an infant child, naked on the ground, with no money? or will you be given starter money, a set of chosen clothes from the customization menu? or will all of this just be dependent on the server administrators and how they see it best fit? I understand they want to make it where everything is hard to get, money is realistic, and clothes are more of a cosmetic more than a necessity, but where is the line drawn between needing to be realistic, and making it where players don't have to beg for money on the streets to begin actually enjoying the game? I'd love to hear some of the communities opinions on this.

But imagine if you're at your home turn on the tv start watching some streams and someone on your server is streaming "The News" and they are inside an office sitting down actually talking about things inside that server.

     

    It would be crazy man! I'm so looking forward to what we will have accessibility wise when it comes to televisions. If they do it right, which I entrust they will, they could have one of the most unique television systems in the gaming community.

    If they could potentially find a way to get a good Twitch game-section. For example, if you look at CS: catelogoeGO's it shows what rank you are and for Minecraft, they have streaming implemented into the game. Maybe they could potentially get a system like this added into the game so that you could stream from in-game and have a various amount of additional options so as to have a "TV catalogue"

    I doubt this will be added on the developer's side, but I highly suspect that players will end up Twitch streaming events and as far as I'm aware, the TVs available in-game have access to Twitch API and can play streams that are found on their website. So in hindsight, it is a possibility, but it would depend on players to broadcast the events and for the audience to know what stream to tune into ;)

    Haha, I've seen the house tour video around 15 times. It helps me calm my anxiety about the wait, being able to see the gameplay. I'm with you on it being a game I've searched for FOREVER! Welcome to the forums, my friend.
