  1. Haven't played in a while, but apparently they've done 28 updates, 2 of them major updates in the last 3 months. Would be cool to have a few folks to play with. I play American and Russian. If interested, feel free to leave your steam here or hit up mine in my signature.

  2. When I was 17, my first car was a 2001 Subaru Impreza L. It wasn't a very impressive car, but it was an all wheel drive sedan that got me where I needed to go for 5 years through rain, sleet, snow and mud. Get something that's practical and not just for looks or to show off.

I love how thats someone else who thinks they have vanished #Kappa Nahh iknow there proberbly working there butts off to get this game to a playable point, But there just hasnt been much happening, Now i wish i could program games, I would help them for free if i could because this game will for sure be amazing

At least we are getting some communication, even if they are quick tweets. People just aren't looking in the right places. The team is very small, their community manager who updates the twitter and communicates with us also happens to be the 3D artist for Identity.

As for programming, there are resources ALL over the internet. There are cheap video courses on Udemy and Lynda that are great resources for learning or you could invest in some programming books. It takes a lot of time to learn and experiment with but can be quite fun and allows you to get creativity flowing. It's a skill that ANYBODY can pick up if they really put in the time and the effort.

So first off you guys need to see that the dev team for this game is 12 or 15 people (about the same size as no mans sky)  This is also not a very known about game or very funded game with only just under $250k (not a lot keeping in mind that this is the type of budget that it would take to pay a dev team to make a phone app)  They are trying there best and have promised to keep working on the game even if they have to pay out of pocket (and my money is they are doing that right now)  They are also taking on a HUGE project with this for a small dev team.  Would I have liked to see more progress yes I would but they are doing the best they can to make this game become something that no one has ever seen before.  They have also stated for the game play that they dont feel the need to make a video right now because instead of making a video and spending a few hours recording, editing, and rendering they are spending that time working on the game to get it out even faster.

I'm pretty sure they have a lot less than 12 people and they have even stated that they are looking for programmers.

  5. Regardless of the situation, it doesn't really help anyone to create multiple threads of the same subject. It's redundant. And if you don't want to waste your time here, then don't. Nobody is forcing you to be here.

  6. If you're not satisfied with the developers work/communication, feel free to request a refund and be on your way. The rest of us will continue supporting the game while keeping ourselves occupied in the meantime. You're just going to hit a brick wall if you're trying to convince anyone to join you in the negative rebellion that a few of you are trying to start. This is a start-up, this is their first real game. Support is what they need, not negativity.

  7. They are a small indie team working on an ambitious project, a type of game that has never been done before. So of course it's gonna take a while and they're going to put their time into development. Not satisfied with that? Than instead of supporting them monetarily, you could support them in the next best way possible, apply and join them on the development team. I hear they are in need of programmers. More often than not, big games like this takes teams of over 100. This is a team of what, 4-8 people working on it? If you want development to move, contact them and offer to help with programming, art or sound skills. It's better than sitting on forums complaining, right?

  8. For the record, this is a pretty sizeable project and they are but a small indie team. Motown still keeps up with twitter when he can, but he is also the 3D artist for the game. If you don't feel comfortable investing the money,  then don't. I for one, have faith that they are working hard on the game so I would rather them put the time to that then answering silly questions.

  9. If we're talking warehouses for businesses, I would love to see the implementation of forklifts. Loading trucks backed into a loading dock with pallets of product and storing product in racking would be sick, but even if that doesn't happen, just having drive-able forklifts for RP purposes would be pretty cool and give more immersion for warehouses.

Pardon me, I may be a little biased as my full-time job is driving forklifts, but this is a feature that would really brighten my day!

  10. A GTX 970 would definitely do the trick as far as your graphics card, but like Corn said, I would run 8 GB ram at the very minimum. What I would do, if this is an option for you, is save up about $600-700 and custom build a desktop (don't worry, it's not overly complicated if you do some research on google). It'll be worth it in the long run. Even if you're reaching minimum specs, it's gonna be slow and it will take a while to render the game world, especially if you're on a server with over 200 players.

I tried to install that, but it just didn't work out. So fucking confusing.

I can help you if you want. Feel free to PM me. I've been using it for years. Callout mods, police radio and toolbox mods, VocalDispatch mod to talk to dispatch with a mic, spikestrips, modded cruisers and uniforms, you name it.

American truck sim, European truck sim, Squad, Asetto corsa, GTA V.

I like them realistic games xD

I used to play a lot of the truck sims. I think I'm even still part of a company on American Truck Sim. I play GTA V mostly for LSPDFR but its loaded with mods to support it for immersive feel.
