    As far as I am aware the bike shop wont be open in TS it will only open either in the full game or in module 3 (The cars and transportation Module).

    As far as I am aware, you will get the apartment in Ash Hill.

    If you haven't seen already / don't know, all player apartments are located in the same building (The hotel where everyone spawns when they first join) So that is where it will be

    No there will not, As each server is going to be 300+ players I think that is quite enough people. Although there will be NPC's that as far as I am aware will be stuck in place and only serve as default shop keepers (markets, ect.)

    As far as I am aware (Correct me if I'm wrong) there will not be any motels in the game, there will be the apartments which have been said to be very cheap and there are also houses that you can purchase and rent out to other players.
