    Rules

    01 In our organization of CRIP we will have no snitches (rats)
    02 In our organization of CRIP we will have no rapists
    03 In our organization of CRIP we will respect every G individually
    04 In our organization of CRIP we will respect every higher rank
    05 In our organization of CRIP you will never argue in front of slobs
    06 Every G must never disrespect a higher ranks orders
    07 Every G must show his FLAG (drip) or CRIP blue rags for he can know who are his G's
    09 Every G must give RESPECT to other organizations unless given DISRESPECT
    10 Every G must never talk to an outcaster about his own CRIP at any moment
    11 You should never deny your CRIP a plate of food or something to eat
    12 You should never take your CRIP kindness for weakness at any moment of day
    13 You should never refuse a meeting unless you are in a visit or going to see your family in the hospital or funeral
    14 You should always keep an up and alert mind while going to court or at any area around you
    15 You will be responsible for your brother's ways and actions and anything that can happen
    16 You should never start a conflict unless it's important, because everything you do reflects on each and every *CRIP always put your supreme mind to it
    17 You should never play with your hands with any CRIP to prevent any misunderstandings
    18 There will be no one accepted in our organization for protection or for drug related reasons
    19 With other religions any G has you must always remember that being a CRIP is always #1
    20 We are a family. Take care of your brothers
    21 Every house should have a treasury box so whenever our CRIP come through you can supply that G with something like soap, food, shampoo, roll-on, powder or clothes
    22 Each CRIP must show a state of obedience for others outside, our cipher can not judge us by what we are and what our organization can accomplish
    23 If you see a brother throw up your sign
    24 You should never disrespect your fellow G by robbing or stealing from him or anyone else around your circumference
    25 For every CRIP G in our organization he should know we have security-at-arms and if he needs a burner, you should never hesitate to ask for protection

     

    Structure

    Leader
    He is the absolute leader. Though most of the time he is imprisoned but still manages to control the operations all over via telephone or other means of communication. He is in fact the president, king, supreme chief and chairman of the Board.

    Advisors
    They advise on the financial, legal and political fronts and are mainly outside consultants.

    Suppliers
    They supply guns and drugs and include Drug Gang Lords and terrorist organizations too.

    Political Organizations
    They consist of big groups of present or past gang members who play a role in the impact of the elections and legislation.

    Communications
    They are the informants who provide information about the rival gangs and the law enforcement operations. They are otherwise called messengers too.

    Ranking Council and Board Members
    They are the advisory committee discussing the gang activities that are not the faction leaders but are awarded ranking status due to loyalty and performance.

    Chief Enforcer
    He is the coordinators who control the gang wars and protects the existing territories.

    Security Chief
    He disciplines the gang members who violate the rules and regulations.

    Treasurer
    He is in charge of the income and the expenses.

    Bookkeeper
    He is responsible for maintaining records.

    Area leaders
    They are in charge of the areas that are assigned to them and are in control of all the activities within the reach of their control.

     

    Ranking

    T.G. (Tiny Gangster) - members under 18 years old 
    B.G. (Baby Gangster) - members over 18 years old 
    O.B.G. (Original Baby Gangster) - after 5 active years of banging 
    O.G. (Original Gangster) - after 10 active years of banging 
    O.O.G. (Double O.G.) - after 15 active years of banging 
    O.O.O.G. (Tripple O.G.) - after 20 active years of banging
