    i would say yes to handcuffs of something alone those lines but radios im not to sure about because most people will use TeamSpeak or skype or something like that if they are in a group

    since you can share homes and apartments but are you able to share cars and businesses 

    e.g. if im offline and my mate needs to get a car out will he be able to get one of mine out if i give permission

    its a hard choice between letting people create there own and having preset ones. custom tats would be cool but people will abuse that and give them self BIG black penis on there head or something but preset ones will not allow this sort of thing but lower the unique character look 

    all though that would be kinda funny holding someone at gunpoint and forcing them to get some retarded logo or picture somewhere
