    I think you should have to get a permit from the city to build the house you want hire the people you would like to build it. And then the city signs off on it. And then you push the building into public module. Thereby you get money for land and everyone has a job... and no "dick houses" are built. Lol

    I want to build buildings, rent apartments, fill it with businesses, collect more rent. Put my name on every building, make deals... who knows run for public office... seriously... that's really what I look forward too. Also if you could add the ability to be a part of the millitary... and don't group it into one Department of deffense... make separate branches. If you could allow people to build buildings and hire people to build certain sections.. ie. Electrician, plummber, framer, painter... etc.
