    Hey there   I've been waiting for an answer to my email since the 02 of June and i wanted to ask if someone could pass it to John himself or someone he knows. Just to let you know i don't really want a refund. It's more like a downgrade

    It's been 2 month since I first emailed for a refund. Not even an email back to say they have looked at my request. If you are going to make, advertise and sell a product. You need to have some sort of customer service.... Since I emailed all that has been said is "New eye brows, New bike!" Not good enough.

    Hey all, So I've noticed a pretty massive influx of posts on the Account Support tab asking mainly about claiming previous pledges made on KS/old site or upgrading your existing pledge (I'm guilty of this, too :L). As such I've decided to create this post to give you a little help if you're still having problems - hope it clears up any concerns you have Q: I made a pledge on the Kickstarter page/old site - where do I go to link it to the new site? A: To link an account you made previously, go here: Simply enter the email address used when you made the original purchase. You will however need to create a new account to do so. It's worth noting that you can clarify that your claim was accepted by visiting the Account Info page at Here, you can see all of your user data, as well as the amount you pledged. Q: I had an account on the old site, however when I enter the login details on the About/Forum page, I'm told that an account with said email address doesn't exist. A: According to Asylum, all user details were deleted when a hacker gained access to the old site. They didn't gain any personal data, however Asylum lost everything associated with your old account. As such, you'll need to create a new one. You should use the same email address as on your old account. Q: When I try to enter my user info for my account created on the About page, onto the Forum page, I'm told that an account with said email address doesn't exist. A: Your About account and Forum account are two separate things, so you'll need to create different accounts for both. You can still use the same username and email though. Q: I donated $25 on the old site/Kickstarter page to gain access to the Founder level, however on the new site, I'm told that this price has been raised to $30. Do I still have my claim? A: Yes, your claim still exists and you still have access to the perks that came with it - the prices have simply been increased for those that haven't already bought it. If you donated $25 (or any other amount of money) to Asylum and it now reads $30, you do not need to donate $5 more, etc. Q: I donated some money to gain access to a certain pledge level, however I have now decided that I want to increase my pledge so I can be given the next rank up - what do I do? A: As yet, no "Upgrade-A-Perk" system exists, however the devs have stated that it should be released before the release of the first module.   That's it, folks.     Hi, I came to check the status of the game and when i decided to login into my account it told me that it doesn't exist. I went to the forms to check what happened and there was that the main site got hacked and all users account where lost. So i created a new one. I did make a pledge for the game, how do i know if i still have it on my account ?

    Hi all Long story short. 26/04/17 I emailed [email protected] for a refund. As of today 28/04/17 I am still waiting to hear back.  I would very much like a refund asap. I fear they are going to drop the first installment before I am able to get a refund. I no longer wish to play. Can anyone advise? Thanks

    So i have been trying to contact some kind of support for ovwr a month now, and there is absolutely NO ONE who will return my emails. I want a refund. Bottom line. I'm not going to go into details because im over it already. You guys really need to step up your customer support, otherwise, you've already failed.

    Hello Guys. I want to ask that which account will be linked with game.  Paypal account from which we donated. Identity Home Page account  identity forum account. Problem is that i am not able to donate 30$ by my paypal account so i am searching someone who donate for me and i pay him/her with steam wallet cash.I am from India and here RBI guidelines dont let me do international transactions easily. If i ask someone to donate which account it will get linked? Very difficult to get trusted people. Already got scammed alot.

  10. Hello! I have great hopes for this game, and want to support it. Yet, if it does not live up to my expectations in the closed beta or modules, would it be possible to refund the package I purchased? (I have not bought anything yet, although depending on how my question is answered I most likely will) I doubt I would not like the beta or modules, but I'd like to feel as though I have a certain sense of security regarding my purchase.   Thanks to anyone who responds, -Timblegoorn

    I pledged a little while ago, in 2015, but the account I was using seems to have been deactivated, as it let me use the email it was on to create this account. I wanted to know if there is anyway that pledge can be put onto this account, or if its lost? I have attached the email I got after pledging the money. Any help is appreciated.

  13. Incorrect amount pledged

    Just recently made my Identity website account and after registration it had automatically redeemed the pledge linked to my email. Checked my account info and says I have $25 pledged. The problem: The email sent to me from KickStarter back on January 19th 2015 says I have backed $30 to Identity by Asylum Entertainment, Inc.  Please fix the amount pledged to this account. First off, I just created an account and it's not letting me log on, idk even know what name this post is gonna come up as, but anyways, I'm almost 100% sure I pledged $30 on the old website, however I never got an email about it, nor is it letting me log into the account I'm almost entirely sure I made when I purchased it. I honestly have no idea what's going on and this whole situation has gotten me scared I've lost my money. Please help as soon as possible so I don't give myself a heart attack. $30 may not sound like a lot to some, but it is to me.
