hi there, just wondering if this game is playable without having to spend real money? 

like will any content be blocked unless i pay real cash?

just looking forwards to eventually having a awesome house n gear in game.

No, it is not pay to win. You will only use in game currency to buy things. You have to buy the game though as it is not free 2 play!
