Hello, question is in the title, so, which pass do I need ? Can I use the citizen pass at 23. April or ... ? Which pass allows to play right now ?

you need the Founder Package to play Town Square

The first iteration of the game, Town Square (AKA, Module 1) will be available on April 23rd for those who have 'beta access' in their pledge package. The Citizen package is the only one currently which does not include access to these early modules
