I think it would be great if the dev. could make it to where we can buy some land and then build a small house in the forset or something like that.

So my question is this, before the police arrest someone, unless of course the cop witnesses the crime or is called to the scene to arrest someone, will police require arrest warrants to arrest someone? I'm also curious about housing, now obviously I think police should be able to enter homes to arrest someone, but with the whole metal detectors thing at the entrance of each housing door, will this be made possible? Or will it be that the owner of the house and the police are allowed to carry weapons into the home? Thanks!
