What if they incorporated beam.ng's physics!????
  2. Some ideas i had for a project I was working on

I truly believe that a large catologue of environments are what a game like this needs. How long did it take GTAV users to learn the maps and run the boards? the conservative answer is months, but I'd say weeks would be more accurate. The idea to map environments in nature via dron tech will be integral to this games progression through the years. Their goal may not yet be to expand past an alpha stage, but this game breaks new ground, and as such will be a major player in the life sim battle to come.

That's what 60 GB patches are for, homie! I just fail to see this game taking off without embracing the one thing that will make it *ALMOST fully immersive Just a thought/suggestion/hope
  4. Some ideas i had for a project I was working on

This was a project I was working on last year but couldn't find any investors. I decided to give away my main ideas for virtual reality on this board since Identity already has their stuff together. My main ideas that identity doesn't seem to have incorporated are to have real world nature locales where players can meet up and gestures in vr

No one has anything to add/detract?
  6. Singer/Rock star

Absolutely- That is I'd like to try out as many of the professions as possible, and fail to see how any gameplay elements wouldn't be enhanced by VR support. Control schemes can be learned (I know from experience). But the only game I liked for the Wii was Wii music, specifically for how the controls were implemented in an intuitive fashion.

I think the real question is 'Why WOULDN'T VR at least be an option. What better way to play the role of your in game persona than to actually look through their eyes, see their hands using the tools. Your opinion is valid insofar as some people may be disoriented by VR- but most people aren't. I just think it'd be a shame for an audacious life simulating game to not properly apply game mechanics which can make it more immersive.
  8. Singer/Rock star

That sounds horrible and not immersive in the slightest. Isnt this game based around reality?
  9. Singer/Rock star

Going back to a thread I recently posted in, I think the only way I'd have fun with any of the proposed careers would be in a VR setting. Actually strumming and being able to look around simultaneously.
  10. Will this game work with V.R, oculus rift etc.

I think VR is the way this game should be played. Everyone freaking out about playing musical instruments on a keyboard should take a step back and consider playing guitar or trumpet in a virtual reality setting. It'd also make driving more in depth and immersive (head checks when passing others, checking guages, etc.) Also, imagine walking down the street and being able to look both ways before you cross the street with the natural feeling of actually moving your head.

Why the hell would you want to race around an oval?
  12. How instruments could work in Identity

If they could implement vr into the actual gameplay, instruments and tools would be much more rewarding
  13. Sports

Imagine spectating and being able to bet on the outcome!
  14. Sports

Automobile racing would be a must-have. you could hire a pit crew and all that
  15. How instruments could work in Identity

Will there be any VR implementation in the game?
