Hey! So I'm messaging all of you right now but the system only lets me send one message a minute. Anyways, I do have it up and I'm gonna go for 8 people to start with so if there is anyone else who is interested in this please tell me as soon as possible!

Hopefully private servers won't take too long to be set up. Also I've never actually done anything like this before so would anyone be able to explain to me how to get into a private server? Especially whitelisted ones? Like just the basics--do you have to fill out a form or anything? Do they have their own websites?

Yo so I'm looking for a few people who really like getting into roleplay to make a small discord channel where we can flesh out our characters together and form backstory and relationships and stuff just so we have that together ones the game is actually out. When the game is out of course we're free to go our own ways and stuff but I just think it would be cool to have other contacts or even ex's or siblings or cousins or whatever. I'm really just looking for people who will be dedicated to the roleplay experience but you don't have to have any past experience with this kind of thing because I only have experience with written roleplay. Preferably people who are all on around the same time. I'm in EST and my computer schedule ranges from 3 pm to 3 am here with some days off because of work and classes when fall semester starts and a little bit of pull in either directions of those times so if you're someone who is only on like 6 am-12 pm EST it might not work for us. But yeah. . . hit me up if you're interested.

Yikes first of all you trying to trivialize gender by calling yourself a microwave as a joke invalidates your argument. That isn't a fair comparison and it just makes you look foolish, no offense. Secondly, that is a single definition from one source. Check out dictionary.com for a few others. Third, your own definition specifically states that it's typically used with reference to social and cultural differences rather than biological ones so I'd just like to point out that if we're being honest about it, gender is a social construct and by that definition basically all genders are 'fake', two of them are just more popular than the others because the people who created them forced them into dictionary definitions like this. I mean when you think about it what in this world truly has meaning that one person didn't make up at some point? Here's the thing. . . the only reason the sex of a person is important at all is for medical reasons. What's the harm of letting people identify as what they feel comfortable with? Not to mention the fact that there are nonbinary people documented well back in history so it's not as if it's just some new trend that people started making up. The idea of being nonbinary has gone around for centuries. And I don't know why you seem to think that anyone who is nonbinary thinks that it makes them cool. Maybe they seem more confident to you because they've finally found a label that makes them comfortable as a person and that's what you're seeing? I mean I really don't think nonbinary people have any interest in being unique I'm fairly certain that they'd be thrilled if every person in the world was nonbinary. Microwave and Attack helicopter or whatever aren't genders. They're cruel and simple jokes used to try to shame and silence nonbinary people and even if you did not intend this to be an attack or hateful, it very much comes off that way. But 'Male' and 'Female' aren't really genders either. They're sexes. If you open up a sociology book from this century sociologists have made it very clear that gender and sex are two completely different things and society made the mistake in deciding, somewhere along the way, that everyone should use them as synonyms. Or maybe at one point they were considered that but the world grows and we learn new things and we have learned that they aren't the same thing at all. It's very simple--if you aren't a boy or a girl (the two binary genders) then what are you? You're not a microwave or any other inanimate object. You're simply nonbinary. I've tried to say this in the simplest terms I was able to so if you're still unable to understand it, I sadly do not believe I will be able to help anymore and I feel if you ask for sources or anything that you could easily research on your own, it would be not be genuine and just an attempt to 'win' from you, if that makes sense? I'm sorry if you truly do want to learn about this but the way you stated your previous post doesn't really seem like it. I'm only typing out this response in hopes that other people will see it and maybe understand it or nonbinary people will see it and feel a little bit better that someone is sticking up for them but if you truly do care about 'facts' I'd really appreciate some actual research on your part that would be a cool change of pace. Anyways, I'll leave you with this. If there are only two genders, what gender do you expect an intersex person who relates to both the girl gender and the boy gender to identify as? Because there is a nonbinary gender for that and biologically they could be considered male or female. I don't need an answer to that question I just want you to answer it honestly to yourself. lol it's interesting that you come on here just to be rude I literally did like 10 different searches for keywords to find similar games and when I couldn't find anything I made this post here because I figured that the community was intended for helping people who enjoy the game, not for people who were just trying to feel superior or whatever. I bought Arma 3 but literally every time I tried to get on a server the mod kicked me off. Not sure if it's because I was new or they just didn't want anyone else in the server or what but I'm doing trying. But thank you so much for the suggestion! It looks like it would have been really cool if I had actually been able to play.

My goal as of right now for this game is to marry or basically be family with a mafia don or something so I can be part of the crime world possibly without doing much crime myself because honestly I bet I would be terrible at it. But yeah my best qualities are that I firmly believe in snitches get stitches and I'd be glad to be the face of a business for money laundering or distracting the police or anything like that. This is basically the game I've been searching for, for years and I was wondering if anyone here knows of any games similar to it since I can't even play it, yet? I'm so sorry if someone already made a thread about this, I searched keywords like similar and stuff but I didn't find anything so I just decided to make my own thread. The only games I've played before that I've liked are Skyrim, Sims, and Red Dead Redemption and my enjoyment of those don't even come close to my excitement for this game so if you guys can think of games like this that are already out or will be soon, I would love you forever for telling me.

This is so amazing, everything that I read about this game makes me even more excited for it. It's a shame we'll have to wait so long for its release.
