The closest i can think of what you mean is the system in gta v, where you could check your bank balance and browse the web for vehicles. I think they are putting something like this into the game along with calling other players at long distance

I read that NPC's will be back alley drug dealers but can your player be a dealer and if so if anyone takes drugs will it give the player any specialities? Otherwise there would be no reason buying the drugs?

So i heard there is a jail system in the game, Any idea what time lengths will be like and do you have to go through court to get there? Like, if you go jail for say "2 years" will the in game time for that be like 10 mins? Sounds good though
