Game like identity needs a ton of time. It is delayed but I like to see that actually. It gives me the feeling they really care about what our first experience will be. It doesn't tell me they are just lazy. Because you can see they spend a lot of time in this game. You don't want a game that has tons of bugs, looks ugly and where developers only want money. There is nothing to worry about, we will get a GREAT game when it is released, because they took their time. Unlike other developers.

Hey, Daniel! I really like your idea, but unfortunately, the devs said that you really won't have the ability to build your own house in the game. Building, at least in this sense, is really heavy on the network, and they would rather use that for other features! I'm such a fan of architecture, though, and would love to be able to build my own house in the game, but it doesn't seem very plausible at the moment. Hopefully in the future, with the help of SpatiolOS , they'll be able to add this feature! If they do, I think your idea should definitely be looked at! It's a really good way to check the designs and make sure they look decent, function correctly, etc...

I was feeling a bit creative with my newly acquired software. So I made this HD 60 FPS GIF. And my Discord channel didn't appreciate it. So I figured you guys might.

Dear, I saw some ideas about architecture but it wouldn't be a thing because some houses would be really ugly. So my idea was that you first of all have to apply to the city counsil or server managers. On top of that, once you created your design, you have to send it to a certain organisation (maybe the city counsil) and they decide if it can be build. The building of it would also create more jobs and variety in the jobs. It may be a little bit harder to create and to program, but the houses and interiors would vary much more. The very rich people can then also say how they want their house and this could be a job for an architectural firm. Also the city counsil may give some jobs like designing new appartements. This would make the game even more realistic and in depth, tell me what you think about this... Greets Daniel Almeida

    1. Yes, you can go and paint in the TS module. 2. If that type of feature was to be aded it would not be until the future after full release I expect.

Thanks you Oh yea i've this idea but i can do nothing now cuz' painting have to be made in game directly on canvas (or i got wrong ?) If you wanted to see what sort of painting i will add my blog to my signature i think In response to your proposal, i imagine that my shop will need security to fight/prevent thieves or criminals.. I would wait for the release to decide I retain your proposal carefully and will seriously consider it at this time ! Hi thanks ! Yes i already read some threads and find A LOT of serious role-player ! The more i read about the game, the more difficult it is to find bad points ! (The only is my english when i would practice RP ahah)

The only purpose this really serves is to prevent revenge killing. I can't really agree to it. If I own a house in one server and someone else owns that house on the new server, I am down one house because someone decided to RDM me. F that. That's a big no no for me, good sir.

I got the basic one the first go round, this time I upgraded to the first one that has the apartment included.

I only know there will be a stream on tuesday and there also will be a post very soon. Making a post about this won't really help since a lot of people do it right now.

You must be mentally challenged if you think my post is "whinning" but thank you for your wonderful insight .

You can advertise via the newspapers etc and I think leaflets will be in the game too.

Yes I am sure being a politician will be something. Can you get good ping with US servers, but there is also a good chance for there to be Brazilian servers.

The fine print on crowd funding projects basically says "this may never exist" so imo never make big investments into them unless your ok with the money disappearing. While I don't think Identity is a scam, I do think it's going to be a long, long while. I've been here since the beginning and if there's one thing I learned, never believe any dates that the devs say.

@GrandPaladin If you give up on the project of Identity then you are going to miss out on it. I know delays, more delays and more delays happen but at the end of the day delays are inevitable and also about your comment on the devs being lazy because they have only 6 dev blogs, well you seem to be inconsiderate to how hard they are working to make it best / most polished game. They work hard and if anyone wants this game more than us is the devs themselves. Their passion is to build their dream game, and this game is it for them. They had 6 team members at first and that was 2 Full time devs and 4 contractors who also work on other projects during the week to when it was just them. They now have made that team to 5 Full time devs and 4 contractors while also looking to double their current numbers to have a 20 man Team. If you look at the negatives then you will give up faster on the project than if you look only at the positives. My advice is forget the delays and wait for the game which you want soo much. @WhtGhstBlckGhst Just so you know Leslie Benzies will likely have AI roaming the world which takes most of the good things away from his game. You cannot interact with all people roaming because you will likely try speak to a NPC and be fooled yet and not immersed. That game will be more GTA like than what Identity will be and also there is no harm in competition for Identity.

Mr. Lucious Times aka ( Mayor Lionheart) I really enjoyed playing in this movie "Zootopia", it really allowed me to express some things I have done in life and who I am as a being. One day in all sources they'll have my face next to the meaning of the classic phrase "doing the wrong thing for the right reason" @Norway174 represented by Judy Hopps (Rabbit) @FatherOfTimes represented by @FatherOfTimes as Chief Bogo EXPECT CHANGE, CHANGE IS REQUIRED!

Identity's development has been moving at a pace we've never experienced in the past. With added full-time programming and art talent, we've been able to produce more content in a shorter time than expected. With all of the base features of Town Square in place, we've now been building up the supporting systems; the menu interfaces, server selection systems, character creation and more are well underway now. You'll get a good preview of the character customization soon! Ridable bicycle; work in progress Some exciting progress is also being seen beyond the Town Square! Our vehicle systems are starting to get fleshed out. We found the integrated Unreal Engine vehicle subsystems to be inadequate for the realism and fidelity we seek, so Identity will run on an entirely rebuilt vehicle physics engine. With this you can expect extremely realistic handling of bicycles, cars, vans, motorcycles, semi-trucks and more. We've got the Twitch Game development is an exciting career that many gamers aspire for. Just a couple of weeks ago we had test run streaming our development live on Twitch. In our first stream, our character artist Miroslav added different eyebrow varieties to Identity character head models. These are some of the eyebrow options you'll be able to choose when creating your characters; get an inside look at the work which goes into even a small detail as this. While the task Miroslav had at the time might not have been the most exciting, we're in the process of setting up a schedule for very regular streams from a variety of development departments. Keep an eye on Twitter and Facebook for stream time announcements. Click the preview below to watch the recorded stream. It runs at just under an hour in duration. Identity's first Dev Stream: Miroslav's Eyebrows You can find our Twitch channel at Twitch.tv/IdentityRPG. Follow us there to get notified when an Identity developer starts streaming! Path to the Town Square Town Square early revision; work in progress A lot of Town Square work has been accomplished since the last dev blog! From interface to animations and more feature polish, the Town Square is shaping up into a genuinely interesting social environment. We've been making everything we can in the environment interactive. If it looks like it would have some sort of purpose in reality, we're making it useful (or at least entertaining) in Identity, too! Grab a newspaper for the latest happenings, toss a coin into the fountain or grab a can of soda from the machine. Visual dynamics have been added as well. Simple things bring immersion to the environment. The clocks on buildings and towers show the real in-game time, the cinema marquee sign shows the movies playing with real times (which can be adjusted by owners of community servers in retail Identity) and more. We're making the Identity environment, and thus that in Town Square, feel alive and interactive. A hotel lobby at night -- John VanderZwet

Im not trying to be biased even though it might sound like I am I personally feel it may benifit the servers more if you did the US as the second server instead of Austrailia, again not trying to be biases even though I live in the US I am just trying to help the servers.

No, that's like having pay to win and well what about all the people who can't do that? I think it's a terrible way to go and well 1 currency is enough as in real life, you have to exchange euro's for dollars or another currency to buy things and so really that will be pay to win so to speak. This game will never be a "Pay to Win feature" in this game the devs said. but micro transactions will be purely cosmetic things. If you buy a thing from the in-game shop, I am sure it will be permanent to your "Account" and you will not be able to trade or sell those items
