Toronto, Canada, winter of 1989: It was the middle of winter and the city was in the middle of a mob war. The local cosa nostra faction was full of in fighting as well as in a conflict with the Manzatti clan; a rival faction from the Calabria region of Italy. The cosa nostra had mainly Sicilian influence, but also had Italians from other regions of the south like Neapolitan's and Barese gangsters. The local cosa nostra family was run by Virgilio Corresante, a wise and old school Sicilian. The Italian mafia had a complete stranglehold of the Toronto underworld, all other gangs paid up to them. Frank Luprano was a young gangster on the up and coming, what he did in the winter of 1989 would change the Toronto underworld forever. (To be continued.)

Caption: Frank Luprano with his Sicilian enforcer, Carmelo Barbero in 1984. In the winter of 1989, the Toronto cosa nostra managed to fend off the Calabrians and a peace agreement was made during a sit-down in mid 1990. But the winter of 89 had infighting within the family. At this time Frank was a newly made man, but he had already had 6 murders on his hands, 4 of them personal. Frank was an earner, he did shakedowns, had some drug connections, and many robberies of warehouses and trucks. Still, he wanted to do more for the family, and he wanted to make his mentor Carmine DiPrima look good for bringing him into the family. At the time, the DiPrima and other crews of the family were in a dispute with the LoScalzo crew, who had also fallen out of favor with the boss. The problem was that the LoScalzo's were a big crew that had some big name killers, and had weapons contacts in Europe that brought over high powered Soviet guns. But Frank was a young guy without much to lose, he figured he would make a name for himself now or die trying. He gathered some of his men, including Carmelo Barbero, a fearless Sicilian who flew in only months before from the old country. Frank also enlisted the help of a man who went by the name "u mostro" or "the monster"; a sociopathic hermit with a scarred face and a damaged eye. He had a receding hairline with wispy long hair in the back and always wore a trench coat. It is unknown how Frank enlisted these men, but what is known is that them along with a few others lay outside a LoScalzo run social club during a meeting, and stormed the club with assault rifles, gunning down everyone and then torched the place until it burned down to a crisp. Frank's capo, Carmine, was upset Frank didn't tell him about it earlier but the family was finally at peace. Frank Luprano had made his mark.

Hello citizens! It's been too long since our last developer blog entry, so I wanted to take the time today to update all of our backers on Identity's current state of development, as well as give a little more insight into the process behind the scenes. During the first year and a bit of development, most of the time was spent developing key backend systems. Networking modifications, weapon physics, character customization, voice communication and so on. That's all behind us now, and I'm happy to say it's gone as well as we could have hoped. Now and for the past couple of months we've moved on to gameplay development, making those backend features do the fun stuff. This Month in Development In this last month our lead character artist, Miroslav, has finished up everything we need for your characters going into the Town Square release. We're always going to be adding more character customizations over time, but to start you'll have the choice between 4 male and 5 female race options. After selecting your base race you can customize further with skin tones, blemishes, scars, eye color, hair styles, hair colors and tweaks to facial features. Identity is expanding on the usual character customization, though, as some of the options available can only be gotten through achievements. Prison tattoos are an example; if you see someone with such a tattoo you know they've done something to earn it. A lot of work this month has also gone into the player housing systems. In following our previous messages, our home customization system has been in place for some months although we've been expanding the floorplans in preperation for the Town Square module release. Sean, or Motown as you may know him, has prepared the various apartments you will have in the Town Square. If you have made a smaller pledge to Identity and do not have an apartment yet, we're going to be giving you access to a temporary (small) home in the Town Square so that you can play with the cusomization features. If you've pledged for a package containing an apartment, Town Square will show what you'll have in the full Identity game upon release. Just this morning our lead programmer, Henrik (AKA Mathalion), finished up the karaoke systems. It's a minor feature for Identity as a whole, but it's going to be loads of fun in the Town Square module! Just off the lobby of the hotel is a slick little bar, complete with a karaoke stage. You'll be able to queue up your favorite songs on the karaoke machine and see the lyrics on one of the monitors around the stage. The microphone on the stage really works, too, amplifying your voice out of the speakers so that your singing can be heard by everyone there! Most of us are terrible singers, so karaoke is going to have a lot of hilarious moments. If you're just there to watch, the restaurant by the stage is fully functional, too! It's Been Too Long I'll just come right out and say it: we at Asylum Entertainment have really had poor PR these last months, and you guys deserve better. You deserve much more frequent updates, and we're committing to give you that moving forward. We're a relatively small development team today. Currently a core staff of 5 incredibly talented full-time developers, I'm amazed every day with what this team can accomplish. Outside of our core we have a handful of part-time workers, mostly artists, who are also very skilled. Because we're a small team, many of us have to wear several hats. For example, Sean is our community manager but also a 3D artist. I myself am the project manager, a programmer and interface developer. This leads to few resources to dedicate towards PR as there's so much work to be done on the game itself. This is something we knew though, and we're going to set some time aside regularly to keep you in the loop. The Town Square module is coming soon. We're in the final months of 2016 now, and you'll finally be inside the first piece of the Identity world in the first quarter of 2017. It's a little later than we originally hoped since we're dedicated to making sure everything is smooth and stable from the first moments. Identity is an enormous undertaking, but the most difficult bits are behind us and we're drawing near! What to Expect The first stage of game development is always very boring to talk about, and also doesn't give us much to show you. Creating those backend systems that drive the game behind the scenes is one of the most important phases, but it's not very glamorous. It's for this reason that most games aren't announced until they're a couple years into development. Now that we're past that point, we're going to be able to start showing you real Identity gameplay. The first gameplay video you'll see is going to be in November and will show you just how detailed and in-depth Identity is becomming! You'll see a walkthrough of our housing system, showing just how far it can be customized and some of the cool fun features you'll find in there. Following that video we'll give you a glimpse of the Town Square features, leading up to its release. It's been a ton of work and a long time coming, but we're moving forward at a great pace and everything is about to get very exciting over here.

I'm seeing a lot of companies that are making complicated leadership structures that are completely unnecessary. If you're a startup company, you don't need managers and co-managers, and intermediate employees and journeyman employees and starting employees etc. Generally, you're company is going to have 2, maybe 3 jobs that is required for it to run profitably and that's it. It's also only going to need a 2 level leadership hierarchy. The boss (you) and the employees. Another thing I see companies doing, is blatantly lying to their potential customers and potential employees about the size of their company. Do NOT do this. While in the short term it might make you stand out to act all high and mighty, people will see through it. Most companies already do this, and it's only going to hurt them in the long run. It will hurt you because you won't be able to uphold the expectations you set up for yourself and no one will trust you. TLDR: Don't make stupid leadership hierarchies, you don't need them. Don't lie about being the biggest company in the game: You're not.

Paulie Napolitano was born in New York City to a blue-collar Italian family. From an early age Paulie was interested in the mob life, mainly due to his uncle's position as a soldier in the Gambino Crime Family. Paulie was a pretty quiet kid, never really got picked on, but was no bully himself. One day sitting outside his house with his friends, Paulie witnessed his first murder. A group of black teens were walking down the street when a car full of mobsters pulled from around the corner, and started shooting at them with a handgun. One immediately dropped to the ground, and the rest ran away. The car sped by and so did Paulie and his friends. That was a day Paulie would never forget. Once he was in high school, Paulie became involved in the mob, specifically the Gambino Family, just like his uncle. And by the time he turned 25, he was a made man. During this time, a rival mobster walked into a deli run by the Gambino's and shot every one he could. Within seconds a Gambino Capo pulled out a pistol and shot him dead. He wasn't the only victim, Paulie was shot in the chest and was facing critical injuries. Paulie was immediately taken to the hospital and was treated for his wound. He was released from the hospital and returned to his normal life. Over the next few days he found out that the Gambino's falsely accused him of being a rat and were planning to kill him. Later that day he overheard people talking about this place called Roseport. A new city on an island thriving, and it turned out tons of Italians are immigrating there. So looking for a haven, he packed his bags and went to Roseport. He moved into a small apartment in Little Italy and was looking for people to meet. One day he decided to try this Italian place out. Once seated he noticed this tall, pretty intimidating man sitting next to him. He decided to strike-up a conversation with him and exchanged life stories. Turns out the guy's name was Frank Luprano and was looking to start a crime family in the city. Paulie was ecstatic and immediately discussed his interest. Frank and Paulie then started to get involved in drugs, illegal weapon smuggling, extortion, etc. Once gaining a fairly large following, they decided to create the family. Frank offered Paulie the position of Underboss and he quickly accepted. That's where the Luprano Family began. Name: Paulie Napolitano Age: 35-40 Residence: Roseport

I was really disappointed when Sims 4 came out. The building and decorating aspect of the game is pretty good, but other than that it just isn't fun. It's no longer open world and there are loading screens everywhere you go. The textures/graphics look real fake and unrealistic in my opinion. Also, babies grow right into young children lol. Sims 4 is definitely not as fun as Sims 3.

Alright. I'll go ahead and drop it down to 18+ for now.

If I were you, I would lower that number. usually teenagers have much more time to actually play the game, and as such, will help you maximize your profits.

Date of birth: September 9, 1964 crime family: Luprano As an Italian born of barese blood,Born and raised in the south side of Chicago, being the youngest was hard for him as his older brothers would tease him and make him the odd one out he eventually grew to have quite an attitude. He was a highly intelligent child among his family and friends although he trusted very few. Rocco was getting mixed in the "wrong crowd" at the age of 14. He was well associated with high scale Italian mafia families entering his 20s. At the age of 22 he moved up to Carolina and settled down there alone. That's when he was Introduced to the all well known Cosa Nostra mob boss Francesco Luprano. Frank showed Rocco the ropes to a greater degree, more than he had already picked up from what he learned back in Chicago. At the age of 25 Rocco committed his first case of murder. It was a simple hit orderd out by frank Luprano. But simple was the wrong word used to describe this case. Rocco had went out one night in search of Giuliano manzzo a known associate of the santerelli crime family. He had followed his Cadillac to a dead end alleyway wear Giuliano had picked up on his follower. Rocco flung open the door of the car revealing a bright ivory white handled colt m1911, his favourite gun. As Giuliano sat completely helpless to reach the gun in the back seat. A pale look struck his face as he turned his head to his window to find the long barrel of a 45. Caliber pointed at his head. Rocco pulled the trigger one time, as the bullet passed through his temple it found its exit at the back of Giulianos head. And that was the the beginning of a truly new life. Rocco had enterd a world where he can never come back from. Months later at the same time Rocco was called upon former members of the Luprano crime family, one of them being the boss, frank Luprano. Frank Luprano had called him to meet at the downtown hide out. He had told Rocco to wear something fancy, as for it was a special occasion. Rocco arrived at the compound where he made his way to the basement. 4 men awaited him at a large oak round table. Rocco took a stand beside frank. The enitiation of the oath began. From that day fourth at the age of 27Rocco became a made member of the Luprano crime family. He now serves the rank of consigliere in the family and is also known to be one of the most ruthless killers in all of South Carolina. age:52 location: rose port

No because I refuse to buy a game that is virtually identical to its two predecessors.

Born from an immigrant family from Italy, Sonny Forelli came to the states as a child in around 1955. After growing up coming from a poor neighborhood he became friends with a man named Richie who was connected to the Bonnano crime family. They began pulling small jobs, stealing cars, acting as small time muscle for loan sharks, and small time robberies. Around 1960s came the draft for Vietnam, Sonny got drafted and spent a few years in Vietnam. Around 1968 he returned home from his time in Vietnam where he was greeted by his friend Richie who had sense became a made man In the Bonnano family. They quickly started with their good times again but into much bigger games than before. A short while later Richie introduced him to his boss Carlo who immediately took a liking to the man due to his ability to earn and his overall ruthless and cunning demeanor. A few months went by after that, when the family decided to open up the books. His name was voted in by highly regarded capo Carlo. He was promoted a made man with his best friend Richie. Around this time his friend Richie talked to him about a lucrative side business he had been in for a while but had to keep secret due to the commission not approving. Richie brought Sonny in on his heroin business, showed him the ropes for importing, distribution and dealing drugs. Sonny saw the importance of this business and thought that the commission needed to change its views on drugs if it was going to survive like it did with the prohibition. Well not long after getting involved in this game, Carlo found out about Richies drug business and became furious that not only was it forbidden by the commission but he had also not been kicking up earn from it. Unaware that his boss knew he went to a sit down with his boss, but was smart enough to bring Sonny along for the meet. The two entered a room in an italian warehouse where they both were immediately beaten by his bosses men. After the beating that they received, they were bound and Capo Carlo made his appearance. He spoke a mere word "disloyal" and shot Richie in the head. He then pointed his pistol at Sonny but he was unaware of Sonnys involvement in the operation. He told his men to release him but before he did, he looked him in the face and stated "he forced my hand." At this point he exited the room and Sonny was released. Not long after the loss of his friend, he was furious with what had happened. He began pursuing the idea of revenge which was forbidden by the family of whacking out another made man without permission. He eventually got his chance, the family had some internal problems with the death of the boss and several crews were infighting for the crown. Sonny waited for an opportunity, while Capo Carlo was entering his vehicle one night and he shot him in the back of the head. He then proceeded to leave a piece of clothing on the ground belong to a revival gang to pin the blame on. The family wasn't fooled by the evidence though. Sonny was picked up the next day by another crew. He had made favorable reputation with the other capos in his crew, that was the only thing that saved his life but he had to answer for what he did. The family exiled him, he was banished from New York. He then proceeded to rose port, an island flush with Italian immigrants and opportunities. He moved to little Italy in the city of rose port, where he learned of a new founded mafia family calling themselves the Luprano family. Sonny saw this as a perfect opportunity to get back in the game, but not only get in, get on top. He requested a sit down with Boss Frank Luprano. He informed him of his past events as well as his lucrative businesses. Seeing as Sonny was already a made guy with a good reputation, Frank Luprano offered him a position of capo in his family with his own slice of the city. That's where the real fun began..
