You can't design your own, but you can repair your car if you are a mechanic, or but tuning upgrades and customize it.

Okay so the car physics wont be like GTA V or BeamNG drive but they will be somewhat inbetween as the devs want everything to be realistic. Your vehicle will break down and stuff tho

I'm pretty sure you meant "buy tuning upgrades", but your typo (if it's a typo) could be misleading
