there is a rules to open your own server ? ,

can you open your own server when your town square is release ?

1. Yes you can.

2. The only rules if such would be you have to rent the server. (No real rules to opening a server but you cannot host off your own PC, dedi box etc and must rent it from selected server providers.

3. No, only at full release.
