Public murder and confiscations

Basically, if you kill anyone, will it be publicly shown? Like "Rinyuaru-Kun killed [NAME_HERE]" for example

 

And also, will the used weapon be confiscated? Or will there be something to pay as a "fare" for being arrested?

No to it being publicly shown, as that is un-realistic.

If you get arrested, of course your weapons on you will be gone / taken/ confiscated.

You also will get a fine likely when arrested.
