Why does it say Identity is unsafe when I try to access the page?

Which page are you trying to access?

"Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.identityrpg.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards)

NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID"

i also have the problem. It was there never before

Yea same. It seems Identity didn't update their security certificate or their being attacked. According to google saying this "This server could not prove that it is www.identityrpg.com; its security certificate expired 130 days ago. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Your computer's clock is currently set to Saturday, July 15, 2017. Does that look right? If not, you should correct your system's clock and then refresh this page."
