Hey mate. Actually there's a topic about your current question. The Devs have said that if you can play GTA V, ARMA 3 etc. you'll be fine. I think your pc would be good enough. So, don't worry.

you think ryzen 5 1400 , or 1500x or 1600 will work great ? ( with gtx 1060 6gb )

If you can run GTA 5, Arma 3 or ARK then you should be alright.

Actualy yes. In DX10 Mode on epic i got 90-110 fps and with a few tweaks i play with 160-170 FPS now :)

I understand where you're coming from, seeing as ARK is very poorly optimized, but I have a mid-tier PC and hardly ever have any issues in ARK. Of course, I was patient enough to tweak all my issues out, but I run on high with 150FPS steady now unless loading in huge base it drops to 60-75.

So, the answer to your question is yes, some people really can run ARK :)

You can probably run the game over 60 FPS

I play GTA and I get 60 FPS most of the time with sometimes drops to 55-59 FPS so I think I'll be fine too. Of course you can always tweak settings and make the performance faster.

No, your video card is going to bottleneck you. If you are happy with 20-30 frames then you will be fine, if you are looking for smooth game play you are not going to get it with that video card. Rest of specs look alright.
