Might it fun faster than 16fps?

Ok, so I own an Acer Aspire E5 with 6 gigabytes of ram, an Nvidia GeForce dedicated graphics card, an Intel(R) Core i5 processor, and 900gb drive.

Could I run this game at a decent FPS?

Can you run Arma 3, GTA V or ARK? if so, you should be able to run this.

What graphics card have you got? And I presume you aren't confusing a dedicated graphics card with onboard graphics are you?

I don't have any of those games... :( I can run beamng drive at like 10-20fps though, and Garry's Mod at like 50, and Cities Skylines at like 50, and CS:GO at like 30-40, and I can run Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto VI at a good FPS.
