What would be expected of the Chief of Research and Development or the Chief of Finance? Are there any prerequisite skills that are required or preferred for these positions?

Chief of Research and Development will be in charge of the researchers. There can be 2 researchers per-department and although they work under the department, they report to and take orders from the Chief of R&D. Researchers are in charge of looking at demographics, seeing which styles sell well in which places. If suits sell more than wallets in a certain area, the Chief of R&D will report this in a weekly meeting (IRL time) so that the designers can focus more on suits for a certain area, thus turning over the most profit. They will also work with the Chief of Finance, whos primary objective is to minimize costs and maximise profits. They will look specifically at numbers, while the Chief of R&D will look at specifics. If we are only selling 50 products a month in a certain town, the Chief of Finance will limit the distribution so we arent sending inventory to places we dont need it. Chief of R&D will look specifically at those 50 products to know what should be sent out in the limit set by the Chief of Finance. Chief of R&D is also in charg of overseeing the manufacturing of our products. Chief of Finance = Quantity overseer, Chief of R&D = Quality overseer. And no, there are no prerequisite skills required. So long as you know how to remain professional, Keys High-End Apparel is all about our reputation.

Hello Joelkeys my good sir,

I have recently posted a new "Union" so to speak for men and woman of only the utmost honor. You sir seem to be of the fitting category. The Platinum Club as we have come to calling it a prestigious formation of high class people on which the very foundation is built upon us, the rich, the famous, the leaders, and the powerful. Our goal is simple; to control and manipulate the production and distribution of high end goods and resources throughout the island of Identity, and of course to retain a healthy profit from doing so, as well as to increase our wealth and status or at least maintain it throughout the game world.. We are currently accepting CEO's of affluent businesses such as the one you own yourself, Celebrities, and of course political figures to hold sway over the commoners of Identity.

You sir would make a stunning edition to the Platinum Club, and we would love to have you aboard.

Please reply on this post or PM me if you would prefer if you would like any further details, or if you are interested in joining the club.

More information can also be found on my post found in the business section of the forums.

Cheers,

Bob Ross, CEO of Bob Ross: Promoter of Fine Art, and Founder of The Platinum Club

@JoelKeys I am interested in joining as the Chief of Finance, but I have a few questions.

1. How do you plan to differentiate this company from the other fashion houses?

2. How much would the CFO get paid?

3. What direction do you want to take this company?

Thank you for your interest in our company.

1. Our company is focused most on working 1-to-1 with our clients to deliver a personalised product. Our second focus is the production of suits for the high class members of society who simply want to look good. Our company is aiming more for reputation at the beginning as apposed to profits. While other companies want profits at the start, we aim for the reputation first. If you are wearing our suit, we want you to be respected.

2. All department heads will receive payment in terms of a % of our monthly turnover, not sure how much yet.

3. Eventually we aim to have all major CEO's, celebrities and huge public figures in our brand. We want to be the fashion kings. Not everyone will have our products, but those who do will be looked up to in society. Hopefully one day we can expand into designing furniture and put a larger focus on accessories too.

So you can design clothes if a designer is not hired?

I am slightly experienced in this field so yes, even if designers arent hired I can design.

I agree as well! May i ask will you be selling leather jackets and Sneakers?

We only manufacture formal wear but if you wanted to work with us 1-on-1 we can satisfy any of your needs. In other words, we would only sell formal wear in stores but we do work with clients to produce anything they desire.
