Yes I do, they depend on my money and I depend on their service. If they don't follow my orders they don't get paid and get a shitty review, which ends up the other privatized military will out compete shitty private army services, But since you don't know anything about capitalism moving on.

Like every idealist ever born you can twist any fact to make a half truth, and yet you don't really have an answer for even the simplest of questions other than to spew more half truths & twisted analogy..........actually now I come to think about it you're the perfect politician lol.

I'd go back to making pipe bombs in the basement if I were you.

No point in arguing with this @Capitalist guy cause no one is gonna accept that as a healthy way of the building of a "country" essentially.

I could not bother to read all the comments and my apologies for that. I just want to know how you will pay the government officials, how you will get elected by the 1% and how you will get voted on by government officials considering the taxes are what pays them.

Capitalism is what the world runs on and it is beautiful. This is not capitalism. This is a liberalistic -socialistic party in my sight. Please explain a bit more how you will drive the jobs of taxers, bankers, and other jobs connected.

Legalize all drugs? Your community will be destroyed by meth and heroin. Plus your throwing all guns into the mix. I give your party 6 months before falling.

While in reality, I am not an anarchist, my ideal world would be that of anarcho-capitalism.
I would definitely be interested in having an anarcho-capitalist society.  I do not agree entirely with anarcho-capitalists in the real-world (I agree on most ideas) for the issues of the real-world; but, since Identity will likely become my second "life", I would love to see anarcho-capitalism build the fabric of our in-game society.

I look forward to election day after the release of Identity.  My thoughts currently prioritize the anarcho-capitalists above the other groups.

While this could be somewhat fun (until everyone dies cause we shot each other), don't come crying when you get randomly shot every time you spawn. Also, take some time to read over what he wrote cause u wont like it. If you like RDM then please make your own server where you can deathmatch as much as you want without repercussions. :)

Basically what im trying to say is, your being unrealistic. This can't run the official server well. If you choose to host your own server then do whatever you want and waste money cause no one's gonna play on it. Otherwise, get realistic. You probably aren't over the age of 15 because even 15 year olds have enough brain power to realize how bad this would be and how salty everyone would get. Of course if no one in the world complained about anything then this would probably be the most fun to play, sadly people complain and get butt hurt if you do something they think is unjustified. I know your thinking that im complaining right now but im just trying to be realistic here. :)

I don't think you've read any of the FAQ.
No one will be able to randomly murder, regardless of the governor.  There will still be safe zones and danger zones just as planned.  Calm down.

OK, now you're being flat out rude and again, I request you calm down.  We are all entitled to our opinions, no need to call names or say someone is mentally slow (retarded) on the basis of their opinions.  The fact is, I'm not mentally retarded.  If you read my introduction post, you will discover that I am not fifteen-years-old.

I wouldn't get grizzled (or "butthurt") if I was killed in a game; however, it sounds like you are the one more concerned about getting killed.  Think about how the game will function, and read the frequently asked questions and their answers.  There won't be mass-murdering and shootouts that occur by the minute, with crying teenagers.  I think you're being a little paranoid, and some enlightenment would put your mind at ease.  While we do not know much as to how the game will function, we do know some facts.  Below is a question and response from the official FAQ:

Quote

7. Will there be any specific safe areas where people can go AFK or sit and socialize without being killed or robbed?

There are safe zones within certain types of buildings in Identity. Metal detectors serve to preserve immersion, and will temporarily remove any weapons upon entry, allowing all players in the area to safely relax, socialize and meet new friends. These safe zones are known to us as “Sub-Hubs” or social gathering points that reflect on the lifestyle theme of their environment (Biker Bar, Business club, Bum alley, etc.).

While many of these areas can only be accessed by law-abiding citizens, some Sub-Hubs are neutral and can be entered by any player on the map.

Few areas are designated gathering points for active criminals looking for the right crime of opportunity, or new friends to help them plan their next heist.

I would also like to mention that, from what I've observed, this community is currently filled with many mature people.  While it is inevitable for communities to receive younger players, I think this game's target audience is going to mostly include young adults.  My prediction is derived from knowledge of other sandbox MMOs (i.e. sim/second-life genre MMO) -- I do say this while acknowledging that this is a "cops and robbers game at heart" because following that quote, this game will ultimately have more than just "cops and robbers" (I cannot recall the exact words thereafter).

I hope I put your mind at ease with the enlightenment offered by my reason (edit: and my use of boldfaced pink, hex EE82EE).

Second Edit:

I forgot to mention, this post does say there will still be emergency services, except that they would be "privatized" which I don't think they'll be able to do with what we know of the game's anticipated mechanics so far.  If your fear of getting shot on the street is from a lack of law enforcement, then no need to fear, even if they can privatize the police force, there will still be a police force.  Even in the real-world, the private contractors provide more guards, patrols, and detectives than the municipal, state, and federal governments combined (http://heinonline.org/HOL/Page?handle=hein.journals/uclalr46&div=29&g_sent=1).  So, rest assured.

Well to be exact (which is what you seem to be trying to do here) ultimately the German people brought about World War Two by voting for Adolf Hitler & the NSDAP. Also let's remember that the NSDAP actually had no political agenda at all, so in fact, by being given the freedom to choose, an entire society almost brought about the destruction of ALL society and gave it over to a police state.......not the best example you could have picked really.

Just like the NSDAP you yourself have no political agenda, you are, just like they were, an idealist. So was Lenin, and you can pluck from history a thousand other idealists who dressed themselves as politicians and led whole countries to the brink of extinction....Pol Pot anyone?

I'd read the replies some of the folks here have given if I were you.

NSDAP was statism on steroids, regulations and government power was on totalitarian levels. Don't Clinton me bro..

Uhhh, how is this movement "liberalistic-socialistic" in any shape or form? I'd like to see an argument of that because thats not true, We'll first create a functioning capitalist freetown/suburbia before we abolish the government, that is if we a have a freedom loving capitalistic government and we'll just bribe them or convince them through discussion or protest to become even more free "legalizing all drugs and guns etc". Those are the peaceful ways to change the government to our interest.

Other than that if we can get enough anarcho-capitalists inside the government,, then we'll crush the government system from the inside and abolish the welfare state without the permission of anyone but ourselves. Goodbye regulations!

I'm open to other ideas and methods of crushing the government by my fellow anarchist brothers. These are just my personal thoughts and plans of doing this.

Yes it is an argument. Shows why your Anarchist movement will not survive. How will you find this community? You have no taxes and you plan on funding out of your own pocket. So how will you get enough money to fund a whole community?? And legalization of ALL drugs is tge dumbest idea ever. I can understand legalizing weed but all drugs including heroin, meth and cocaine will lead for your movement to fall. And throwing all types of guns into the mix for everyone always works out great right?

Technically, it wasn't an argument.  I think he's looking for a position followed by supporting evidence.
For example, you could post drug-related crime statistics, or violent crimes committed by a person under the influence of drugs and in possession of a firearm.
Hope this helps.

Is not an argument, Also I have answered that statement before.

How will "I" fund the whole community have been argued too, but I guess you´re to lazy to read the whole topic. I´ll let these videos answer your question..Hint: Private Sector.

You are not completely anarchist, are you? as that is technically impossible.

There can not be "no government", because there always is a government of some form.

For example, if the united states immediately became anarchist, it would only stay that way for a few seconds, people would declare land as their own within minutes, and organized societies would come back within the month, thus you accomplish nothing, because you have government again, just under new names and leaders.

1. Yes I am. Yes it is possible to become an anarchist, technically. I'm the proof of that muhahaha.

2. False, government is a monopoly on force. If monopoly on force is abolished, there can't be any government. Read on the Non-Aggression Principle.

3. In an armed anarchist society there is no institution to conquer or land to invade. Only properties, for properties to become goverments they need to use force against other properties which won't last for long in a armed society. If you walk on my property to claim it as your own under a rule of government you'll get shot dead. Try to enforce government anywhere in an armed anarchist society and you'll brake the non-aggression-principle and get shot. Organized societies don't require force, so Anarchism is included, governments on other hand do.

False, force is not needed to start a government, only mutual consent. Groups would form at a rapid pace, because there is an incentive to be in a group, it yields protection, and better living. If I band up a group of 10, you wouldn't be able to defend your property, and your property would then be mine. Anarchy can not last more than a day.

False, government is not based on mutual consent as it requires taxes to fund it self, taxes is force and a violation to the non-aggression-principle. If I have 10 bandits invading my property and I don't have the proper tools to take them out by myself, I´ll hire a private security/private army/private police.. you name it, to deal that for me for the right price. Personally I would build big golden walls around my property and I´ll have a pool filled with prostitutes with M16s and AK74s, who would stop me? Not you or your 10 goons that's for sure.
